Neo-Tokyo, 1988. A Prodigy Was Reborn. Following The Mass Destruction Of The Battle That Took Place In The Central Stadium, The City Police Department Fell Apart In The Aftermath. Crime Filled Up The Street, Soon A League Of Vigilantes Merged And They Were The Last Defence Line Holding The City Together.
